The magic of Yin Yoga.
Yin has a very special place in my heart. The practice of stillness, acceptance, self love and self care has thought me so much over the past years and it had such a drastic positive impact in me life that I'm about to share in my teacher training here. Since 2020 I'm offering the 50hr and 100hr Yin Yoga ttc online and I am so happy about the growing yin yoga community. Over 80 Yogis have embarked the yin journey so far. My desire in all the trainings and workshop that I am offering, is to have a personal connection with students. A individual cacao opening ceremony is something that I like to do to start the training with everyone who signs up for the training.

This Teacher Training is for Yoga Teacher but also for everyone who just loves Yin and wants to know and learn more about Yin.

We will be using a online Platform called LEARNDASH for this online teacher training to combine recorded video, online reading and quizzes.

In this online 50 hour Teacher Training you will learn the fundamentals of teaching& practicing Yin Yoga.
This course provides a solid foundation of practice and philosophy and teaching methodology in order to understand the postures, their variations and modifications. You will learn the concepts of the various skeletal segments, how important fascia is and the importance of the pose specific target areas.

2 hours Video Lectures
3 hours Selfstudy
written final Quiz on the Learning Platform and teaching a 60min Yin yoga class to finish the course.
certificate
the course is yoga alliance certified. Yoga instructors registered with yoga alliance will be able to use this course for continuing education credits.

In this 100hr online Yin Yoga Teacher Training you will learn the fundamentals of teaching& practicing Yin Yoga and also more in depth about the Energetic Body and the 12 Meridians
we will have a very close look into the Meridians and their Organs, the 5 Elements of Daoism, vrittis and vasanas, including the Mudras into Yin Practice and the chakras and also the 3 Types of the practinioner.
This course is Yoga Alliance accredited.

same as the 50hr teacher training ; plus:
12 advanced yin asanas
12 Meridians and their organs
